We provide tracking number services with all deliveries. This means you have to sign, either at your house or at the post office (in case you were not at home). We can only track the item inside our country, once it leaves Portugal we have no control of it, but it can be tracked by you, just contact your post office. If you have any doubts we will help you in any way we can.
If you wish for us to send you in regular mail, with no tracking services, please let us know before check out, but if the item is lost in the mail, there is no way we can track it down and no refund will be made.
If you need your orders to be shipped in Express mail to arrive as soon as possible, let me know before check out, But it is expensive, especially for countries outside EU.
Delivery Time: 10-20 working days to US 5-10 working days inside EU. 10-30 working days for all other countries. Returns & exchanges
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Due to variations of individual color settings on customer displays, color hues may shifted at low percentage rate. However, in most cases monitors and displays would reflect close to actual color because settings have become more universal. We do give our best discription of how the items are made and look like in real life, and if you have any doubts, send us a private message.
We will only refund/exchange an item after it is sent back (and received) to us in the same conditions as we have sent you, intact. We do not accept returns of pieces already used and damage by you.
EU buyers have the right to return certain products by contacting us within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you receive the product, rather than at the time you purchase it. Refunds and Exchanges will be made after receiving the package, unharmed. Products we do not accept returns are Earrings, Custom-Made, Rings that we have cut to your size, Items that yourself have damaged...
All packages are shipped with Maximum Protection. We are not responsible if the package arrives damaged. You must REFUSE to accept shipment if the package is damaged and fill a report in your local post office. We can send you a receipt of the order if needed, so please make sure everything is in order before accepting your package. If you do accept a damaged package it will take more time and money to resolve the problem, so please make sure with the postman before accepting.
