We provide tracking number services with all deliveries. This means you have to sign, either at your house or at the post office (in case you were not at home). We can only track the item inside our country, once it leaves Portugal we have no control of it, but it can be tracked by you, just contact your post office and give them the tracking number we provide to you via email. If you have any doubts we will help you in any way we can.
If you need your orders to be shipped in Express mail to arrive as soon as possible, let me know before check out, But it is expensive, especially for countries outside EU.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We accept Returns/Exchanges, but we do Not accept when you purchase a Custom or Personalized Item, Intimate pieces such as Earrings, Items on Sale or pieces that were used and damaged by you.
We will only refund/exchange an item after it is sent back, and received, to us in the same conditions as we have sent you, intact.
If a package returns to us because you gave us the wrong address, refused to accept your order, or didn´t picked it up at the post office, we will re-send it to you in regular mail, but if you wish for a refund instead, we will not refund you for the postage.
For Exchange orders, you are responsible to pay for the postage.
All packages are shipped with protection. We are not responsible if the package arrives damaged. You must REFUSE to accept shipment if the package is damaged and fill a report in your local post office. We can send you a receipt of the order if needed, so please make sure everything is in order before accepting your package. If you do accept a damaged package it will take more time and money to resolve the problem, so please make sure with the postman before accepting.
EU buyers have the right to return certain products by contacting us within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you receive the product, rather than at the time you purchase it. Refunds and Exchanges will be made after receiving the package, unharmed.
