Whenever possible, I reuse shipping materials to help the environment and lower your costs. I only use good-quality materials but some will show signs of reuse. If you tell me that your item will be a gift for someone I will use my best (new or new-looking) materials.
I have set my shipping costs using Etsy's calculation tool based on the estimated packaged weights and sizes of products. I am always very happy to provide a customised shipping quote for your location and/or multiple items.
I always ship as soon as possible after your payment arrives - quite often the next business day.
Buyers in or near Eugene Oregon are welcome to contact me to arrange local pickup of their purchase.
I ask that all buyers contact me within two days of their purchase to tell me how and when to expect payment. I don't mind waiting for posted payments but I do like to know that they're coming! Unless otherwise arranged, payment should be received within 7 days of purchase.
Payment is accepted via Paypal, US personal check, US Postal Money order or US Bank Money Order. Please note that personal checks and bank money orders will need to clear before I can send your product.
Members of the FSB Coop in Eugene, Oregon may contact me through the co-op to make payment and pickup arrangements.
I reserve the right to cancel any transaction where the seller has not contacted me at all within three days and/or payment has not been received within eight days.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My bottom line is that I want you to be happy with what you've purchased. If you're not satisfied please contact me - there are always options available!
If you bought something and I send something that is damaged or not as described in the listing, contact me as soon as you can. We will arrange for you to send it back to me. I will refund all of your money, including the costs of shipping it to you and back to me.
If you bought something but you decide you don't want it anymore, contact me as soon as possible. If I haven't sent it yet I will refund all of your money. If I have already sent it, send it back to me (in the same condition as when you received it) and I will refund your purchase price. In this situation I won't be able to refund your shipping costs, I'm afraid. But so far everyone has been very happy with their purchases!
If your item does not arrive in a timely manner (about five days for US shipments, from 5 to 20 days for international) please let me know.
