Your order will be shipped 1-2 days after receiving payment if it's an in-stock item. Made-to-order items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders may take up to 4-6 weeks to make (you will get an estimate before you commit).

All my shipping options are trackable, and come with (limited) insurance. For more valuable purchases, a higher level of insurance is available on request.

Buyer is responsible for any customs and international money transfer fees.

Payments

I prefer payments via Etsy Direct Checkout. Payment via bank transfer can be made available upon request. Payments have to be made in advance. Items will not be shipped until fully paid. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit prior to making the item.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All my in-stock and made-to-order items returned within 14 days in unworn, resellable condition can be refunded or exchanged for another item. Please let me know if you want to return an item, so I can ensure a smooth transaction. I will refund the item price as soon as I receive it. Return shipping expenses are refundable for any purchases 40,- € and above.

If the item you received has any damages or does in any other way not meet the high quality standards you would expect from ParaNoire Design, please let me know and I will work out a suitable form of compensation / return / refund as quickly as possible.

Custom made / made-to-measure items are generally non-refundable! I do my best to make items that suit your wishes, please contact me if the fit of your custom made garment is not perfect, I'm sure we can work out a solution! If your body (or taste) changes over time and your desired changes are feasible, I'm glad to help you out for a reasonable alteration fee.
