Standard shipping uses USPS First Class Mail with tracking for both domestic and international orders. Please see below for estimated transit times. If you would prefer your order to be shipped via UPS, please contact us for a custom quote and listing. Shipment of items will take place AFTER payment has cleared (within 1-2 business days for all non-custom orders). Orders will be sent to the address provided at the time of payment. If your shipping address is different, please notify us as soon as possible of the change. Please be aware that My Scratch Offs' is not responsible for reshipment costs associated with an inaccurately provided address.
International Buyers: The customer is responsible for all import duties and customs fees on all purchases. All orders will be marked as "merchandise."

I will accept Paypal, or payment by credit card via direct Etsy payment. Taxes of 8.1% apply to Illinois sales. Shipment of items will take place AFTER payment has cleared. International Buyers: Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If I have misrepresented the product or if a product is defective, we will offer an exchange or full refund upon return. If you have changed your mind and would like to be an exchange or return; please contact our shop within 7 business days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A refund will be issued for any unused product in original, resellable condition. The refund will be equivalent to the purchase total less actual shipping charges paid and the Etsy fees.
