We ship USPS with tracking on every item. Once we drop your item off at the post office, it is out of our hands. If you have an issue with your package please contact your local post office. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during shipment. If you would like to add insurance to your item, please let us know. We do NOT ship internationally.
We accept all major US credit cards. Item must be paid for in full and clear before we will ship it out. Our cancellation policy is 12 hours due to the fact that we may ship your item out the next day.
