USA ORDERS: Items are shipped through a company who couriers our parcels to the US, and the USPS system. Most items to the US take 3-4 Business days to arrive. All US parcels receive a tracking number to track their package. I usually ship parcels on Mondays and Thursdays.
CANDA ORDERS We currently ship via Canada post (if there is a strike or labour dispute ...we will ship via another courier) through the regular parcel system. Note: If you wish to have your item shipped via a different service, please notify us of the changes prior to shipping so that we may accommodate your request and advise you of cost. Shipping Times: Within Canada: 2 to 8 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I am happy to ship internationally. Most listing currently have the Air Parcel Price for country selected. NOTE: We are not responsible for postal or customs delays. Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable. NOTE: We are not responsible for how long it takes for an international purchase to arrive. International arrival times could largely depend upon the item getting through the purchasers customs.
CUSTOMS: International Buyers (outside North America) are responsible for ALL customs charges.
We happily accept payment via PayPal as well as Direct Checkout through Etsy. Please know that your payment is SAFE AND SECURED, as Etsy will NEVER disclose your credit card information. You can use your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Should you desire an invoice to be included with your order, please let us know, otherwise your package(s) will be shipped without a printed invoice.

REFUND POLICY: NOTE: OUR ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS"
The nature of vintage finds are that they are "preloved" and have character. These are VINTAGE items and as such, some imperfections are expected. These imperfections are just a reminder that you have unique piece of history. We do our best to reflect in our listings and pictures, the actual condition of the item. Should you have additional questions, please ask us before purchasing.
REFUNDS: Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns. Our item descriptions are quoted as accurately as possible. Clear photographs are taken and we do our very best to describe each item and to indicate any major defects, crazing, repairs or damage. Every item we offer is unique and we encourage buyers to contact us with any possible questions they may have prior to purchasing. We will be happy to answer you as quickly as possible.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND REFUNDS: We package our items with the utmost care to ensure their safe delivery to your home, however, long journeys sometimes involve many hands which can lead to accidents, broken or damaged items.
If you receive broken or damaged items, we will reimburse you the cost of the items LESS shipping providing you fulfill the following criteria :
1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of the item(s) and inform us of the situation
2. Provide us with photographs of the damaged items and packaging
3. Return the damaged items to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
