All paintings are shipped well protected and waterproofed with insurance to cover the full cost of the painting. If however the painting should arrive damaged the full cost will be refunded.
Payment must be received before item is despatched. For commissions pieces you can opt to pay in two installments.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Commissioned paintings cannot be returned. High resolution images will be sent before shipping the painting allowing you to make any changes or comments necessary.
All items are unframed unless otherwise stated, if however you would prefer to receive your piece framed please send a private message or email to email@example.com and I can send you frame options and prices. I have my art framed by a third party professional framer and do not charge any extra commission on the framing.
