In the case of items damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately (within 3 days of receiving order) because I would like to do what I can to help file a shipping claim. Please include photographs so I can see where the damage occurred and to verify that it is indeed damage and not due to the design of the piece (i.e. a distressed finish)

Payment is expected immediately after commitment to purchase the item unless previous arrangements are made. At check out please view my forms of payment as you have a few options. Your order will not be made, or shipped, until payment is received

Please keep in mind that the nature of handmade items are NOT guaranteed to be perfect, that's the beauty of handmade products.
