Please check your shipping address during the check out process, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. After your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your package. Once your tracking shows that the package was marked as delivered, we cannot provide replacements. When you receive your package, please verify all of the contents and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Once we ship the Balloons to you, we cannot accept returns or make exchanges. If there is a defect in the Balloon, we will need a photograph sent to us for review. If it is a manufacturer defect, there will be a store credit or replacement if it is reported promptly. If the item is thrown away before a photo is taken, we unfortunately cannot verify the defect.
We ship our products via USPS. We are not responsible for items that are not delivered on time due to the Post Office. Once it leaves our hands, it is up to the Post Office and their delivery schedule! Please Consider Holidays and weekends Schedules when placing an Order. First Class Mail typically is 2-6 Business Days and Priority Mail is typically 2-3 Business Days depending on your location.
