Perfect for Rerooting, hand sewing, and Ventilating custom doll wigs. The fiber is really thin, not too shiny, and looks realistic on a small doll head.
Simply cut the required amount of hair off the weft as you go along, allowing the rest to stay orderly and easy to put away. (The weft will not always be of a single piece.)
This fiber was prepared to be folded in two and used for rerooting, hand sewing, and ventilating. It can also be cut in two and glued on a head cap. *Ventilating this fiber will make it frizzle a bit. A flat iron at low temperature will straighten your hair afterward.
Material: 180-degree resistant high-temperature fiber. * This is NOT Saran doll hair *
How to style it: Use heat to soften the fiber, keeping them in the desired shape until the hair completely cools down.
Care tip: You can easily wash these fibers with shampoo and conditioner in cold water. Absorb the excess water in a towel and let it dry naturally. Wait for the hair to be completely dry before brushing and styling.
Custom orders are possible if you don't find the types of color you need. Send me a message with the required color details and/or pictures and we'll discuss the feasibility of the style. Take into consideration that crafting time can be between 2 to 12 weeks depending on the current availability of materials. Note: I do not offer custom length of hair. If your ideal length isn't listed, pick the next longer size and cut it to your liking.
All wefts are measured, weighed, dyed, washed and processed by hand. The Ombre/Sombre effect might differ from weft to weft, and slight imperfections are normal and should not to be considered defects.
Fibers are washed thoroughly to avoid crocking (excess of dye pigment rubbing off). If you suspect your fiber to still contain an excess of pigment, washed them with Oxyclean and rinse profusely. As much as possible do not letthe fiber in direct contact with the resin head. Use a protective head cap or seal the fibers inside the wig with glue or any other water based sealant. The Fiber's country of origin is China. * Allergy warning: This fiber may have come in contact with cat hair.*
The quantity of hair required for a whole wig/doll head depends mostly on the head size and the desired thickness you want as a final result. It is difficult for me to predict exactly how much hair you will need for your own projects.
