Please allow 3-4 business days for the item to be shipped. I always do try to ship the item out ASAP. If you need something faster than this, please let me know and i will work with you to get the item out as fast as we can.
All patterns and paper ephemera will be shipped with an archival backing board and bag to protect from harm during shipping.
Payment is due within 2 days of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
As a general rule, I do not provide Refunds or Exchanges. But as always, life happens, so we are always happy to discuss any sort of problem. A Note for Patterns: If for some reason we state that a pattern is Complete, and you find that it is not, we will provide a refund or exchange. I do spend countless hours checking Every Cut pattern for completeness and many of the Factory Folded ones. However, there is always the chance that something could be missed. As always though, if you have a problem, please convo us, as we will do everything that we can to make your purchase as pleasant as possible.
Please note that vintage sizing is quite different than the sizing of today. Always check your own measurements against vintage clothing and patterns. However, patterns can always be resized to fit any measurements. All of our items come from a smoke free, clean, and pet free (except for a sleepy kitty) home.
We launder (and air dry) or dry clean many of our items before shipment. We may also do minute amounts of mending if needed. And we will always state if we do so in the item's listing.
