Stretch & Sew Necklines Made Easy by Ann Person Book & Pattern, ©1989

The neckline is on of the major fitting areas of a garment. A properly fitted natural neckline should lie flat and smooth at the base of the neck, without pulling, gaping or riding back on the neck.

Included with this book is a basic top pattern designed for wovens and knits. The pattern uses a ¼ inch (.06dcm) seam allowance and has a natural neckline that follows the curve at the base of the neck. The garment you make with this pattern will have the neck in the proper position and it will site on the shoulders properly.

This pattern will be your base in creating garments with many designer necklines. Each neckline section in your book explains what adaption from this base is necessary before applying the neck finish.

Each pattern piece is numbered. The pattern pieces you will need for each neckline are listed by number and name at the beginning of each section so that you can easily find the pattern pieces you need.

Note: Your order will include BOTH the book and the paper pattern shown in the pictures. The book is in excellent shape and all pages are intact. The patters has never been used and is still in the factory fold.

The pictures you see in this listing are actual pictures of the item for sale.
