All items are carefully packaged and shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Beads will be shipped within 3 business days.

Each purchase comes in a gift box. If you are purchasing for a gift, I can ship directly to the recipient. Just let me know their address.

Orders shipped to any country outside of the USA may be subject to Import Taxes , etc. All import duties, VAT charges, Taxes, Customs Charges or any other charges, charged by your country, are NOT included in my item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making a purchase so that you understand what your country charges to import merchandise.

I do not mark "gift" on the customs form. It is illegal, and my business could possibly suffer the consequences.

Payments

I currently take only Paypal for payment. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal!

Invoices not paid within 3 days of sale date will be canceled and items relisted.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail me within 3 days of receiving your beads. I want you to be just as happy to receive your purchase, as I was to create it. I will gladly do a refund for the beads (minus shipping charges) once I get the item back.

Additional policies

All of my beads are fully cleaned and properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for durability and strength. But keep in mind, they are made of glass.

The colors of my beads may look slightly different due to light conditions during which the pictures were taken and the color adjustments of your computer monitor. While I do my best to offer an accurate description and photo, please take this into consideration before purchasing.
