All orders ship using First Class or Priority Mail services unless stated otherwise in the listing via USPS depending on your order size.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you need to return or exchange a item(s) please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition. A refund will be issued upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), less any shipping costs related to the purchase(s) which the buyer assumes. In the event that your return is for reasons other than buyers remorse, including but not limited to a error or misrepresentation on our part, we will refund the purchase including shipping costs entirely. All refunds are at our discretion and approval. No refunds on books and patterns due to copyright restrictions, digital downloads or custom cut orders.
All fabric in our shop is brand new and unwashed.
Our shop is a pet free, perfume free and smoke free environment.
Colors of fabric in our pictures are accurate by our computer screen, however, colors can vary slightly by monitor.
