The shipping fee is provided for each item. The item(s) will be delivered anywhere you want them to. All mails are delivered by first mail unless expedited shipping was arranged in advance. Please note that first regular shipping from south korea does not contain any tracking number. Packages shipped from the USA will include the tracking number. The package usually takes 2-3 weeks to USA via first mail from south korea, and to other countries in Europe a little longer. Packages via first mail shipped from the USA usually takes 2-7 days to arrive. If you need Express delivery, please contact us via e-mail BEFORE you order.
All orders will be delivered to the etsy address, but will be checked with the address on your paypal payment. If the two addresses are different, we may contact you to verify the correct address in order to give you the fastest and better delivery. If the shipping address in the order was incorrect or the record shows that the repeated delivery attempts to the shipping address fail, GeoSupply is not responsible for non-delivery and the buyer has to pay for re-shipment.
For non-delivery or destroyed items in mail, please contact us right away, so we can arrange what we can do for you.
Shipments are made 1-3 times a week depending on the order volumn.
"INTERNATIONAL" BUYERS: Please check your customs regulations in case of different rules for each country to receive purchased items. If you would like to see what items are prohibited or restricted to your country, you can find the information at http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immctry.htm. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VATs, or import taxes.
Only PayPal or credit cards are accepted. To use your credit card, choose the PayPal option and look for further instructions on the following page.
***Ordered items should be paid within 24 hours from the moment of the purchase. "Reserved" items should be ordered in 72 hours from the listing day unless it's arranged differently in advance. Unpaid ordered items may be canceled after 24 hours without any notice to the buyer unless a different arrangement has been made between the seller and the buyer. Also reserved items that are not ordered in 72 hours may be removed from the listing without a notice unless a different arrangement has been made between the seller and the buyer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are final. We thoroughly check our package before sending them out, but if defective items are delivered, please contact us right away. We will send you a replacement or refund in those cases. All Chain, Wire, Headpin sales are absolutely final in all cases.
Exchanges are accepted as long as the new item(s) has/have the same or higher value. The customer will be responsible for any extra charge or shipping charges that occur during the process of the returns or new shipment. Please let me know within 4 weeks for mails from south korea (2 weeks for the mails from the usa) from the original shipping date if you want to exchange and return the unused item in the original package in 8 weeks for mails from south korea (4 weeks for the mails from the usa) from the original shipping date.
For Non-delivery items shipped from south korea, please contact us within 4 weeks from the original shipping date. We'll work it out with the customer as fast as we can. Non-delivery items to the USA that is indicated to be delivered in the USPS record can be also directly claimed to USPS. For the USA shipment that is indicated "delivered" in the record, GeoSupply will not be responsible, and no replacement or refund will be made.
If you believe that you received defective or wrong item(s), please let us know within 4 weeks for mails shipped from south korea (2 weeks for mails shipped from the usa) from the original shipping date if you want a refund or an exchange and return the unused item in the original package in 8 weeks for mails shipped from south korea (4 weeks for mails shipped from the usa) from the original purchase date. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges related to the returns or exchanges unless the item(s) related was/were originally defected or wrong item(s) was/were delivered. Further detailed instruction for return will be given when contacted.

The buyer who made the order that didn't meet the policy might be contacted. If no response is made in 72 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded if paid excluding the paypal or etsy service charges that are not refundable by them. Although we try to provide the best service possible, GeoSupply does hold all rights to refuse to serve any customer.
