Item details

Exclusive design, by the originator of the plastic bottlecap pincushion.

This is a new design, inspired by several double ended hanging victorian pincushions to hang on necklaces, brooches or chatelaines. My version is two bottlecaps bottom to bottom, offering pinnable surfaces on both ends, as well as a handy place for needles in the sides. Just add this to a chain or cord, chatelaine or lanyard of your choice as needed to keep you pincushion on you, so you never lose it!

And as usual, all my pincushions can be custom made to order, just ask! You can pick your own colors!

Comes with a decorative 1" clasp attached you can use to attach/detach it at will from any chain, loop, or cord as needed.

Not only pretty, these are practical! With the recycled soda bottlecaps even your smallest pins and needles can't punch through and needles won't get lost. Each is densely packed with polyfil to be solid so your pins and needles won't loosen over time or fall out if you drop them. They stay in!

Also great for home sewing and tailoring the bottlecap inside helps you hold it tight without 'needle bites' as they fit in the crook between finger and thumb, keeping the rest of your hand open to turn and pin.
