We ship from France . Items can be tracked if requested by the purchaser at the time of purchase for a small extra fee. You can then track your parcel via La Poste web site and when it leaves France, track it in your own country . My-track trace is free and allows you to link to your own country. We can always combine shipping and have possibility to offer a large box , so that if you are a regular customer it will cost you less as we can ship several items together. All International parcels have customs declarations, we will always list items correctly on this form. We will use recycled packing materials and will pack your purchases with care and consideration to ensure their safe arrival. VERY IMPORTANT - Regarding Postal\Transport Damage - read below:- All items are carefully wrapped and therefore we cannot be held responsible for mishandling whilst in the post. Should something ever be damaged please take photographs on reciept of the item and send them to us via Etsy convo. Upon receipt of your parcel, if you see that it is obviously damaged or broken, then open it in front of the postman and ask him to sign a statement if the contents are damaged (take a photo too if possible).
We accept paypal payments as well as Etsy check out. We will reserve items for 7 days .Please be aware that you are responsible for all taxes due or payable in your country.
We will be as fair as we can when dealing with cancellations of orders if a genuine reason is offered by our clients.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Any refunds will be offered on a case by case basis. Request for refund must be made within 48 hours of items receipt. If an item is to be returned, you must post the item within one week of its receipt in its original packaging and in the condition that you received it. Upon receipt here, providing the item is undamaged, we will refund you via PayPal your purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. The transaction will then be cancelled. We will always try to work with you, to solve any problems, as we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
The items that we sell are used, vintage or antique and have inevitably been handled and show some signs of wear or age. We will always be truthful and show any faults, there will be a condition report in the description. We will disclose all major defects such as cracks, chips, paint loss, discolourations, missing bits, etc, or any irregularities that we see. Please check the descriptions and photos carefully.
