The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your satisfaction is important to all of us at Liz and Roo! Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange, provided that a Return Authorization request is made and items shipped back within 30 business days from receipt of the order.
Returned merchandise must not be used, soiled, washed or wrinkled and must be in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund or credit. All returned items will be inspected before your credit is issued.
Refunds will be applied back to the credit card used for purchase upon receipt of return.
