I generally ship the next business day following receipt of your paid order. If you are paying by check or money order, your order will ship when payment is cleared by the financial institutes. Small domestic orders will be ship by USPS mail with receipt of delivery confirmation. Larger domestic orders may ship by UPS. All orders are packed carefully to prevent shifting of your order in transit. Insurance may be purchased at the buyer's request. payment of insurance will be the buyer's responsibility. I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping and delivery.
All packages shipped outside the United States are shipping by United States Postal Service by first class international or Priority mail international. Please ask if you require Global Express mail - there is an extra charge.
Customs, duties, and other taxes are always the buyer's responsibility.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Accept exchanges on unused product if contact with reason for exchange is made within 7 days of receiving delivery, and item is shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with the seller.
