Items usually ship within business 3 days or less UNLESS it is a custom order.
I don't ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping includes shipping & handling, as other expenses are incurred when shipping an item. Please be advised that sometimes it means it will ship 5 days if it falls over a weekend. For example, if you order on a Thursday, the 3rd business day would be Monday but it would be 5 days after your order.
I usually ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you need something quicker, please ask and I will find for overnight shipping. I typically ship USPS First Class for International shipping. It can be up to 10 days according to USPS, however, I have found it to be several weeks on occasion.
I will accommodate rush orders when I can.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Customer/buyer is responsible for any duty or taxes on items shipped.
I carefully pack my items so they will arrive in good condition. Buttons, Bits n Baubles is not responsible for damage caused in shipping. However, if there is a problem, please let me know and I will do my best to work with you.
I accept PayPal and immediate payment is preferred. If you choose to pay other than Pay Pal, I will ship the order out when the monies clear. Custom orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Returns & exchanges

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns: Items must be returned at customer's cost within 7 days of item delivery. Returns will receive a refund minus the shipping cost within 7 days after returned item is received. Item returned must be in the same condition as it was when purchased. If it is not returned in the same condition as when it was purchased and shipped to you, you may not receive a full refund as I will not be able to relist it.
No returns on custom pieces or sale items. No refunds on custom orders.
