Overseas deliveries are by first class airmail and please note US deliveries can take anything from 8 - 30 days.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURNS and REFUNDS:
I very much hope you're happy with your purchase.
Under the EU Directive on Consumer Rights June 2014, you now have 14 days from receipt to change your mind and return the item. Please note, you will receive a full refund of the original item and postage but you will be responsible for paying the return postage costs. This complies with the DSRs and they stipulate that all items must be returned. Please return the items in the condition received and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. You will need to use a Tracked Service to obtain proof of posting.
Under the new regulations we have to offer a cancellation form for customers use - it is optional but regulations stipulate we have to have one available.
Please note that the above Returns policy is not applicable to personalised iitems. That is items made to your instructions.
FAULTY ITEMS: If the item is faulty, please let me know and return it within 6 months of your payment. I will then refund the purchase price and postage or exchange it if preferred.
