Item details

Grow some color with Color Wheel's woad seeds!

You'll get a packet containing 50 seeds, hand collected from Color Wheel's own Michigan dye garden, inclosed in a charming little booklet featuring growing instructions and a colorful illustration of the plant.

Woad can be harvested throughout its first year of growth and processed to make a beautiful blue natural dye!

*Please grow responsibly!*
Woad is considered an invasive in some western states. However, it can be easily controlled by chopping down the the flower stalk it produces in its second year before going to seed.
