Pure silver grown to build a crystalline matrix structure to give this silver disk a stone-like texture and feel.
This porous silver disk is accented by rose colored veins of iron plating that lends a pink hue to this hefty 2.48 troy ounces (77.1g) of fine silver.
The natural hydrophilic properties of this product allows this silver "stone" to instantly wick and hold 4ml water, and can be used for filtration. The copper accents may add antibacterial properties of copper to this filter but neglible weight. The iron gives it a general pink hue.
A crafty person may be able to fashion this into a lid for a water canteen or as a lid of a spill proof mug with work.
A industrious person can use it as a heat sink, a thermal transfer unit or to filter beer.
Durable and should last forever.

Pure silver crystals grown and pressed into 50mm round blanks to form a hard microporous ceramic-like piece.
Silver crystals are hydrophillic allowing these silver bullion round to filter water.
Purify water of sediment and bacteria with the natural antimicrobial properties of silver.
This particular monster of a piece is made of 77.2 grams of grown pure silver crystals with few serendipipously plated by iron to give it a pink hue with some red bands and copper. This early prototype is certianly unique and was the result of weeks of waiting.
Can be stamped and minted into a medal or cut and hammerred to shape by craftsmen.
Dimensions: 50mm diameter 6.8mm thickness
Artisan from South Korea pressed silver metal crystals he grew to form a stone-like disk made of pure silver. It absorbs fluids and is antimicrobial. This item is intended as a sample. Any form can be achieved.
