All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using 1st class domestic and 1st class international mail.
As my ceramic work is one of a kind and cannot be identically replicated, UK orders that include two or more items will be sent 1st Class 'signed for' by Royal Mail as standard. All 'ready to wear' jewellery and custom orders will also be sent 'signed for' as standard. Standard shipping includes compensation of up to £20 GBP value. There is also the option to purchase 'Special Delivery' tracked and insured (up to £500 GBP value) for larger orders.
Standard International shipping from the United Kingdom is not tracked. You may select the 'Tracked' option, which includes insurance of up to £50 GBP value. If you choose not to avail of this option, you do so at your own risk. I obtain a 'Proof of Postage' Certificate with all orders, tracked and untracked, that is available upon request. Should your order not arrive within 4 weeks, please get in touch with me before opening a case with Etsy or leaving negative feedback. It would be unreasonable and unfair to hold me responsible for any order that goes missing if you choose not to avail of the 'Tracked' option.
I aim to dispatch within 1-3 days (with the exception of custom orders). I do not post on weekends, so any leather cord necklaces purchased on Thursday or Friday will be posted the following *Monday. Anything else purchased on a Friday will be posted on *Monday. However, If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. *Monday (with the exception of public holidays).
All items will be securely packaged with bubble wrap in either padded envelopes or small boxes.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I take great pride in what I create, therefore I hope that all customers are happy with their order and the service they receive.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me via private message through Etsy as soon as possible and I will aim to resolve any issue.
Returns are accepted (with the exception of custom orders that include personalised initials or names). Please let me know within 7 days of receipt of goods that you will be returning the item/s, whether that be in full or in part. A full refund will be issued after the item/s have been received back in their original condition. I will refund the cost of the item/s only. Shipping charges for returning an item/s are the buyers responsibility.
For items that are damaged in transit you have the option of a refund or replacement where possible. Please contact me if your item/s is damaged during transit and include photographs of the damaged item/s which I will need to process an insurance claim with the delivery service. Please note: if the packaging appears damaged, please include a photograph of that also.
I am happy to reserve listings for a maximum of 2 weeks. If you would like to reserve a listing please send me a message.
Regarding my product photos, all of my photos are taken by me in natural lighting and I only use photos of pieces that look the same on my screen as they do in my hand. As monitor configuration varies from computer to computer, screen to screen, they may appear to be different on your monitor or phone, etc. Please take this into account when you receive your item/s.
