This is a very pretty yarn and adds just the right amount of glitter to a scarf or cowl. A supply of Gray Variegated colour is available at $3.95 US per ball. Please select the quantity you would like.

Shipping is by Canada Post which is usually 10 days for leaflets and books. These will be mailed First Class and DO NOT have a tracking number. If a parcel is sent as a "small packet", there is no tracking number. If you would like to be sure there is a tracking number, then the item must be sent expedited parcel or by courier. Please e-mail for costs.
I do not include insurance and if you want that, you must include it when you place your order. When I receive your order, I will send an e-mail confirmation outlining your purchase.
If you would like your parcel to arrive faster, then courier is available. Please e-mail for charges as this is more expensive then the post office.
You are responsible for all customs and duties charges.
Payment is by PayPal only. Most items can be shipped within 24 hours. However, if it is a custom product, then I will give you an approximate time line.
Returns & exchanges
Return Policy: If items are to be returned, items should be in same condition as when received by you. The return shipping and handling will be paid by you, the buyer. You must e-mail within 7 days of receipt of item to authorize a return in order to get your money back. Refunds will be made once I have received the returned item less any charges incurred by me, the seller. This includes my shipping to you and handling charges.
Custom orders require payment before starting the project. Depending on what the project is, timelines can be, for example, from three to six weeks. More complex projects will take a longer time. So be sure the timeline won't interfere with the end use of the project.
