We will ensure your order will be shipped as soon as payment is received. If there is going to be any delay we will contact you. POSTAGE INFORMATION.. I will be adding postage upgrades which will allow your order to be tracked & signed for.. something that is only currently available for orders over £60.00. Please note if you have an order that is under £15.00 but require it in a hurry please message me & I will have it sent asap. As tracking costs vary depend on value & weight of the order & the upgrades will be an average of those costs, which will still be less than the actual fees.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
1) If you are unhappy with your purchase. Let us know & we will issue a full refund within 7 days 2) If the item is lost in transit. Contact us if the item does not arrive within a given time UK 4-5 days Not inc Holidays. USA up to 10 days Not inc Holidays.. The rest of the world it can vary.. & I will Issue a full refund if there is no reasonable explanation from the postal service. 3) In the case of breakages or damage in transit if you contact me with a photgraph of the damage 4) The time restriction on damages not caused in transit is open ended as I prefer to repair my own pieces. I will let you know if it can be repaired, if this is the case then post it back to me with a copy of the postage cost, which I will refund then send you back the item at no cost. However if the item can't be repaired I will give you the option for a full refund or exchange for an Item of the same value. 5) Damage in transit, Send me a photo as soon as it arrives. If the item is unrepairable I will issue a full refund or exchange for the same cost. if it can be repaired return the item with a copy of the postage cost, which I will refund then send the repaired item back to you.
