Each product is securely packaged, sent within 1-3 days of receiving payment. Proof of postage is acquired and the package is sent via Royal Mail, first class signed for. If postage is to the UK it requires a signature on delivery, international postage is both tracked and signed. For international orders I have no control over customs, but can send the tracking number upon request.
All payment methods are accepted. An order is not posted until payment has been received. Cancellations can only be made up until the item is posted.

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If a order is received damaged then photos must be sent to prove the damage happened in transit, after this either a refund or a replacement is available; depending on your decision and/or availability of stock.
