DELIVERY METHOD: All domestic parcels are delivered by Australia Post standard road service and are packaged safely by us in either a 500g/3kg satchel or carton. Despatch of your purchase is usually within one business day after payment has cleared. PO Box addresses are most welcome.

TO: Metro/regional SA - Approx 2 business days. NSW/ACT/VIC - Between 2 to 4 business days. QLD/Far North/NT - Between 10 to 14 business days. TAS - Approx 5 business days.

All parcels are shipped to the address as nominated by you in the Etsy checkout/registration process. We cannot guarantee delivery of item(s) due to inaccurate address details nominated by customers.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: International customers, please allow anywhere from 21 to 28 days for Australia Post Air Mail delivery, depending on your geographical location/zone. All international parcels are sent by Registered Air Mail which requires a signature on delivery.
International deliveries may involve additional customs/duty/taxes/other fees payable by customers charged by various Agents/Governments within each specific geographical region or country. Any additional international fees applicable to your delivery, such as additional delivery/customs/import fees/taxes are not determined by us. Please be aware of any importation restrictions applicable to your country that may adversely affect delivery of your order. We will not refund any payments whatsoever to international orders due to quarantine restrictions which may prevent the importation of purchased goods into your country. Insurance cover for international postage is only available if customers request additional insurance coverage at their own financial cost. Payment types accepted within Australia only: Paypal, direct bank transfer (into verified merchant bank account), Australia Post issued Money Order, personal cheque.
Personal cheques and money orders are subject to clearance of paid funds and dispatch of goods will only occur once the cheque/money order has fully cleared, which may take up to 7 working days.
International customers please pay by Paypal only.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for all postage and other financial costs incurred in the process of returning your purchased item/s to us, as described in the points below.
Buyers, when returning goods to us, are responsible for paying; 1. Any Etsy/Paypal/bank charges/financial costs incurred by returning the item to seller; 2. Any postal/delivery costs associated with return of item/s to seller; including all postage related expenses, including packaging materials and any domestic or international postage costs. 3. Any insurance costs and/or international duties/taxes incurred or paid by the buyer as a result of returning the item to seller. 4. All postage costs incurred by the buyer when item/s is returned to seller will NOT be refunded to buyers.
Goods returned must be in original packaging, unopened and in undamaged condition upon return of items to us, otherwise no refunds will apply.
