INTERNATIONAL customers ship US POSTAL SERVICE UNDER 4 lbs FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL mail. OVER 4 lbs PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL Normally, You should receive item within 2-3 weeks. There are cases when it takes longer depending on Customs clearance. If you do not receive your package, please check the confirmation number with your local post office. Tracking only tracks to the US border in most cases

I accept paypal, Etsy Direct Checkout and the following options.
US CUSTOMERS can pay with money orders and personal checks. Items will be shipped after payment is received. If paid with check, order will be shipped after the check is received and clears the bank.
International and US customers; When paying with echeck through paypal, item will not be shipped until the check clears which can take up to 2 weeks before the items is shipped
