Shipping in the EU usually takes a week, shipping to the US takes longer.
In case the Item is lost while shipping I cannot take responsibility. I recommend upgrading to shipping with tracking number.
The customs services of your country also don't fall into my responsibility.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Because my shop is very small, the customer has to pay for shipping in case of a return. The same goes for if the Item should be broken. Earrings are excluded from returns if the seal is broken.
In the case of a exchange the customer pays for shipping.

So that your order finds its way to you, you have to give me certain informations (which you have given etsy first, which gives it to me). This includes your name, your email address, your postal address, your payment information and details of the article you purchase. Through direct messages you have the option to give me more personal informations, for example when you order a custom build item.

I am referring to a number of legal bases to capture, use and share the previously stated private informations.
-when I need your informations to do my services, for example to ship your order out, to be of help if questions arise and to offer customer support. - when you have agreed ( you can revoke your agreement) to get my newsletter. -when it is obligatory to fulfill legal obligations or regulations, or in connection with legal demands, for example when it is necessary to keep information for tax declaration. - for my own interests- aslong as they do not collide with your rights and interests- to 1. offer my services and to make them better. Customer Data is important for my business. Thats why I only disclose customer information under special reasons and circumstances.
-Etsy: I disclose the information with etsy if required, to fulfill my duties after the Etsy seller guide lines and conditions of use. -in case of a buyout: I can disclose your information to the extent permitted by law in case I sell or fusion with another business. -compliance with legislation: I can gather your information, use it, safe it and share it, if I am under the impression that it is necessary and adequate a) to answer to a legal process or regulatory action; b)to enforce my contracts, terms and guidelines; c) to prevent, investigate and correct fraud and other unlawful acts, as well as technical and safety problems; or d) to protect the rights, the property and safety of my customers and other persons.
How long do I keep your information for?
I safe your personal information as long as it is necessary to do my services and how it is described in my guidelines. It is possible though, that I have to keep the informations to follow legal duties and regulations, to smooth over differences, and to enforce my agreements. I usually keep the data for 4 years.
