The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the hat and the fact that all items are hand-made by me and in many cases one-of-a-kind, there are absolutely NO refunds. NO RETURNS on Special Orders. I'm a cottage industry working out of my home and I have no room to store returned hats. Thank you for your understanding. I do my best to give you all necessary information in every listing. PLEASE read all descriptions carefully and make informed purchases.
