We ship all items within 1 business day, per listing descriptions. Additionally, we ship orders with same-day shipping that are received prior to 10:00 am PST. Once 10:00 am PST has passed, we are unable to change any orders. Please make sure your order is final by this time, before it has been processed.

Our default method of shipping for all orders is USPS. Larger orders ship via UPS. Estimated transit time on packages is 2-5 days.

Combining multiple orders: because many of our packages are immediately processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to combine orders that are placed separately. Please make sure you have everything you need prior to completing your purchase. If you order additional items in a separate order, those items may be shipped in a separate package.

Tracking information is sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Please check your email inbox for this information.

The address to which your order will ship is the address that the buyer provides upon checkout and payment. Please take a moment upon checkout and payment to verify that your "ship to" address is where you would like your package to be mailed. We are not able to change this address. We are required to use the "ship to" address that the customer provides, and our shipping software utilizes this information exactly as it is provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided by the buyer and the package is returned to us, the buyer will need to pay shipping a second time so that we can mail the package again.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We use USPS International as our default method of shipping. Transit times will vary depending on location and how quickly your country clears the package through customs, but USPS estimates transit time at 6-10 business days.

Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not alter your customs form (decrease the value of goods or mark as "gift") or report a false value of goods for the purpose of the customer avoiding customs fees charged by their own country. This practice is illegal, and we are obliged to obey the law in all circumstances. Thank you for understanding.

If you pay for your order with an echeck through Paypal, we are obliged to ship your package after the check has cleared, which normally takes 3-5 business days.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging, in re-sellable condition. To process your return, please do the following:

1. Send us a convo through Etsy to request pre-authorization for your return.
2. Once authorized, please mail your item to the following address:

3. Be sure to include a copy of the original Etsy receipt in the return package, with the return item(s) clearly marked on the receipt that you are returning.
4. The customer is responsible for the return package; we are not liable if any return items are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend you purchase tracking service on your return package, and you may also want to insure the return package.
5. Once we receive the return package, we will refund the cost of the items. We do not refund for shipping costs either way.

When using our supplies, we encourage you to read the instructions provided carefully for the best possible results. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions as to how they can perform to their greatest potential. We have extensive experience with all of our supplies, and we are happy to share that with you!

**Please note: bead colors can change slightly from one dye lot to the next. We do not change the photos each time we receive a new shipment of beads. The photos featured in the listings show the many characteristics of the products we sell and are a good indicator of what you will receive. You can expect that your products will look like the photos provided. However, please understand that if the shade of color is not exactly like the photo on the listing, this can be due to two factors: 1. The dye lot of our current stock varies a bit from the bead in the photo, or 2. the computer screen resolution varies from one computer to the next, which can change the appearance of the color of beads. Please also note that you will never receive beads that are entirely a different color than what is pictured. We cannot photograph each of our products each time a shipment comes in that varies slightly in shade or hue from the products in the photographs. We appreciate your understanding.

Our listing descriptions offer photo examples and recommendations as to how to employ our products. Any use of our products beyond these recommended methods is at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable for the nonperformance of supplies that are used in ways that reach beyond their intended purposes as exhibited in photos, in listing descriptions, and any instructions that may have been provided with your package.**
