FAQs

Yes! We encourage it! :) We do ask that you wait 24 hours before washing the 1st time. When you do wash it, turn it inside-out and wash on gentle/delicate cycle without harsh soaps/cleaners.

All the vinyl we use says it can be dried "as normal". To err on the side of caution, we suggest you lay it flat or hang it to dry.

YES! Please message us and we can get you prices for any order (of the same design*) over 10 shirts/stickers. The more you order, the cheaper it will be! *names/numbers count as individual items. So if you are looking to order something with the same logo/look but add a personalized name/number, those will be treated as "unique items".

We suggest you don't do that. Many people do, and it is fine, but we want you to enjoy your sticker for years to come...just hand-wash anything with a vinyl sticker.

...while we pride ourselves on our creativity, we aren't perfect. All iron-ons are machine cut using a Cricut and professional software, however, they are hand placed and pressed on each individual item. We strive to ensure nothing is completely crazy but there will be variations for sure. Just think of it as something that makes your item a "unique" one!!

These are super easy to work with, you can do it! Just place the item in the desired location (shirt, bag, etc.) it can be adjusted tons of times, so the first "stick" isn't the last one! Once you are happy with the placement, simply press the item using an iron set to high heat (between 350*-375* or "cotton") Firmly press for at least 30 seconds, being sure to press all parts of the iron-on (sometimes it all fits under the iron and sometimes it doesn't.) Once you have pressed it, gently peel plastic away. If the image pulls or doesn't stick, lay it back down and keep pressing. After you have pulled the plastic backing off, place a thin towel or sheet over the image and run the iron over it for 30 more seconds to ensure a firm stick.

Vinyl isn't meant to last forever, if you have had your shirt for several months (or years) it may be time to order a new one! If you just got your shirt, then that's a problem. But you can fix it! Gently lay the vinyl back down and cover with a thin sheet or towel. Using an iron set on high, press the image back to the shirt. Viola! You can also put some fabric glue on the back of the vinyl before you press with the iron. Just make sure there is something in the shirt separating the front from the back (a piece of cardboard or parchment paper works) This way you won't glue the shirt together and make it unwearable. NEVER IRON DIRECTION ON TO VINYL, IT WILL MELT AND RUIN YOUR IRON AND SHIRT! :(

All orders are collected when I get home from teaching. So anything ordered before 4pm. I make them that night and take them to the post office to mail. That means if you order something on Monday (by or before 4pm), it will get made Monday night and taken to the post office to be shipped out Tuesday...make sense? I would love to do this full time but until then, I have to have my "day job" :) If something is ordered on Saturday before noon, it will get made and shipped on Saturday.

YES! After your first order, we offer referral promo codes. You will get 15% off your second order if your referral orders something. (They just leave your name in the "notes" when they make their purchase.) They will also get 10% their first order! Promo codes are sent once your order is shipped.
