All of my drawer knobs are made-to-order and may take approximately 2 weeks (or less) to ship depending on current work-load. Packages will be shipped first class mail up to 13 oz, anything above will be shipped priority. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. Unfortunately, you will not be able to track your package once it leaves the U.S. if it is being shipped internationally.
International (outside the US) buyers are responsible for any and all fees, customs, taxes and duties associated with their purchase - these fees are not included in any shipping fees applied to your order. Most international orders are received at their destinations via first class mail within 3 weeks of posting; however, it can take longer depending on our respective postal systems and customs. Please note that some countries will apply additional customs fees/taxes/handling charges on imported packages, which are the responsibility of the buyer, so please plan accordingly. I have no control over which countries and which packages will have these additional fees applied to them.
I will gladly accept all major credit cards and payment through PayPal. Sorry, I no longer accept checks or money orders.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not accept refunds, however, I will be glad to exchange any items (within 7 days) for something else if you are not satisfied. I do not accept exchanges or refunds on ANY custom items. All new shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you should receive an item damaged, please contact me and I will be glad to replace it.
Unfortunately, I only offer the type of drawer knobs that you see listed. I do not carry any of the handle type pulls. Sorry.
