I try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, that's why I can't give you a tracking number.

A note for international customers: Below you will find a shipping specification of the cost in the store FAQ. Depending on your order, you may be asked to pay more due to Etsy limited shipping parameters. Any surpluses are repaid ASAP.

International customers: Sometimes you will overpay the shipping costs (ordering more items) this is due to Etsy, where it isn't possible to calculate shipping cost by weight.
Therefore I will always pay back any overpaid shipping costs!

Additional policies

I sell fabric per meter. It can happen that you will get a bit more or a bit less. But it will never be less then 95 cm! This is due to the fact that elastic fabric for example stretches a bit so cutting it exactly to 1 meter is a bit hard.

The handdyed yarns in my shop are all unique and unrepeatable. The yarns are dyed with a non-toxic dye on a acid base.

The yarn is multiply times soaked after dying to wash out any 'bleed'. I can't give a 100% guarantee that the yarn will not bleed anymore while washing, therefore always wash your yarn separate (best with some vinegar). Wash the wool never above 30 degrees Celsius. I find the best wool washing method to wash it gentle by hand with some special wool wash.

Colors of articles in my shop can be slightly different in real life than seen on your computer screen.
All shop items are from a smoke-free house. There's a cat (but she will never be in the room with the shop items..imagine the disasters that would happen...)
