SHIPPING: More than one item is the best way to go. 1st item’s shipping covers the base cost and additional items cover the increased weight or dimensions. I offer the least expensive shipping as I can. Therefore, depending on the size of the item tracking is not always included in the cost as it often doubles the cost to the buyer. If there is tracking I will provide it to you. I cannot guarantee it won't be held up in customs. It happens, unfortunately, but so far only 1% of my orders.

CONDITION: Please note handles can vary in colour and condition at times because of former use and the aging process, but that highlights the patina and authenticity. Some pieces require repainting and a new metallic paint finishes to preserve their character and brings them back to their former condition. Preloved ❤️
I always quote the most economical air parcel delivery service available as no one likes to pay for shipping. Until an item is over a certain weight it remains in at a shipping cost rate that does not include tracking. If it does qualify for tracking I will always provide the details. I understand it is frustrating to wait for items but I do my best to get them to you in a timely manner. Shipping estimates are always based on business days, therefore holidays can add more time.
If you would like a quicker delivery please contact me for a quote prior to ordering and you can make your decision based on the quote. But it is usually close to double the cost I quote on my listing.
Cancellation must occur prior to any customization if required, or shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
