Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail. For low-cost items we use USPS First Class or Parcel Post to save buyer's money on shipping. If you would like to use an alternative carrier please email us before placing your order.
International shipping is available upon request if not listed as an option in the listing.
We accept both PayPal and Credit Card payments through Etsy. Please let us know if you have any questions about payment options. You can send us a convo!
Customer service is our top priority so we try to ship out all items purchased within 24 hours (but no later than 48 hours). We cannot cancel a purchase if we have shipped it so if you need to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible after purchasing it.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Returns will be accepted if the product remains in the condition in which it was received and is sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. If you have any questions about returns, please send us a convo.
We ship most items using USPS and provide tracking information on most orders. We work with customers on filing claims with USPS (or other shipping services) for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping; however, we cannot be responsible for items that are marked delivered but are then lost or stolen after that point.
