CANADA: Orders are shipped Mon / Wed / Fri, via Canada Post. Orders are sent regular post (orders over $150 are shipped with with tracking and insurance).
USA: Orders are shipped Mon / Wed / Fri, via Canada Post. Normal Delivery takes 5-14 business days without tracking. Upgraded shipping options with tracking are available upon request. - We are not responsible for any customs fee incurred. - There may be unforseen delays due to customs at the border.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders are shipped Mon / Wed / Fri, via regular air mail with Canada Post. We can provide you with an estimate for the extra cost for 'Tracked Package' or 'Xpresspost' delivery if you message us upon purchase. Depending on the weight of your parcel we may need to message you for extra shipping funds after purchase. - Not all destinations are eligible for 'Tracked Package' delivery. - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please feel free to contact us about shipping quotes, and remember that we are NOT responsible for any customs fees or wait times incurred in transit.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL • NO refunds or exchanges. • If there is a significant issue with your purchase that was not noted in the listing then please contact us to discuss our case by case basis return options. • Please remember that our items are vintage and are not without minor faults. We do our best to disclose all pertinent and obvious issues. • We love any and all questions you may have, so please do not hesitate. • Please take care to compare measurements with your own (try measuring a similar garment) - we do not accept returns due to fit (especially in regards to shoes). Clothing is measured while lying flat.
If you have contacted us and we have agreed to a return then please: 1) Mark the parcel as 'Returned Goods' on the customs form. 2) Ship via regular mail. 3) Wait for us to contact you when the return arrives so we can proceed from there. Credit is worth the value of the item(s) and does not include shipping charges.
