Black metal garden flag stand 15.25" W x 35.75" H ,assembly required with no tools. This stand is for standard size garden flags that are 12.5-14 " x 18- 20". Flag stand style may vary

Our shipping prices are for the continental United States, we will ship to Hawaii and Alaska but you will need to contact us for shipping rates. If you want items shipped to these 2 states and you do not contact us before ordering, we will cancel your order.. Thanks!

Care for Garden Flags Our garden flags have been treated with a UV protect (UV Sunblock by Forcefield). We also spray with Scotch Guard. Then we seal our flags with Valspar clear sealer. To help slow the fading process, remove your flag from your stand and brush off any dirt or pollen that may have accumulated ,then lay your flag on a flat surface & spray your garden flag with a light coating of Scotch Guard ,Armor All .Then apply the clear sealer .This needs to be done every 2-3 months. Either product will help slow the fading process, but unfortunately no product will completely prevent fading. Bringing outdoor flags inside during extreme weather conditions such as heavy rains, snow an extreme heat will also prolong the life of your flag

We have no control over the USPS, Fedex, UPS or any other shipping company. Each shipping company has their own rules and policies about guaranteed delivery. We provide customers with their tracking number so they can click on it & track the delivery of their package to the address they provided Etsy. We do not and cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or date or how well the shipper will treat the package. All packages are insured so you can file a claim with the shipping company if you choose to. If your package is delayed or lost by the shipping company it's your responsibility to contact them. Their phone numbers are easily found.

We use USPS or FedEx as our carrier. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping fees are only for the "Continental United States" We can ship international but you must message our shop with at least your postal code for shipping prices and details. Once we ship your package and the tracking number is sent to you,it is out of our hands and our control. Tallahatchie Designs is not responsible if the USPS loses your package. You will need to take these issues up with your local Post Office. We can not guarantee delivery time of your item, only ship date.If we ship your item on time and it arrives late we do not refund. This is a postal issue,which we have no control over. We will not issue you a refund if the USPS loses you package or if you give us a wrong address.If your purchase is marked delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replace your item. Please make sure your address is correct with Etsy when placing your order..


Payments

We except pay pal, credit cards, or etsy gift cards. I accept Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account to purchase. Paypal can process your credit card without a Paypal account. Just follow directions during checkout. You will still be taken to the Paypal checkout, but you will have the option to use your credit card without Paypal account.

Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order and something needs to be returned, please contact us via Etsy messages. If it is a case where you did not get the right sizes or styles please let us know immediately. We must know within 24 hours of you receiving your package. Once we have reviewed, we will give authorization to return, or we will make corrections, replacement, etc. Our shop has many burlap garden flags. All our flags are treated with uv protect and a clear outdoor sealer. **WEATHERING AND FADING will still occur if left outside for long periods of time in sun ,rain and snow. You should treat with a uv protect and sealer at least once every 2 months so that your flag will resist some of the fading and weathering..**We will not issue a refund for faded garden flags due to being left out in the weather!*** Lettering on most burlap flags in our shop are hand lettered using a stencil and a fabric paint pen. Lettering on burlap will not have an exact crisp line due to the fact that burlap is a rough weave type fabric. We offer some of our burlap flags with HTV (heat transfer vinyl) lettering. We can not guarantee how HTV will hold up in the weather if flags are left out for extended periods of time.

***RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION.

All returns should meet the following conditions:

1. You MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. (with tracking number)

2.· Must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your package. (by tracking number)

3. We do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or altered in any way.
4. ****Cancellation restock fee***If we authorize an order cancellation (meaning you the customer and We the shop)because we agree to cancel (from lack of payment or other issues that we agree on)there will be a 20% restock fee (since we purchase supplies or begin the creative process of your product after 12 hrs. of your order) This is for orders that do not fall under the 12 hr. cancellation time frame as stated in our payment policy above.


****The return of any non-defective merchandise is subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We ship to the address that Etsy has on file for you. If you give an incorrect address and your package is returned to us,you will be required to pay for shipping for us to ship your package again. (no refunds for those type orders). If you want an order shipped to a different address than given at time of purchase ,you must include that address in note to seller at checkout. If you message us later with a different address we CAN NOT guarantee, That the address change will be noted. Make sure you have correct address when placing your order.....If your item is damaged or lost you must send proof (photos) in order for us to file a claim. It is done online & can take a week or more for it to be approved, once approved we will refund or remake your item. If the carrier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX Or Other)looses your package , YOU must deal with them. Call your local PO. They will refund your money when they decide it's time or proper. Once a package is shipped it is out of our hands. If a package when tracked says delivered to address you give us we can not give you a refund or replace item unless you reorder. You will need to contact USPS or FedEx.

They also do not refund shipping fees & so we do not refund shipping fees either..

Please order in enough time during holiday seasons. Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day etc etc.. During the peak seasons, turn around time can be a long as 2 weeks. It is posted under shipping policy section. If shipping states 7-10 days (etc.) this is business days. Monday-Friday.....

When purchasing custom or personalized items from our shop you agree that we reserve the rights to all photos that we take of custom orders(which means we have the right to post pics of custom orders in our shop as new listings or to add to previous listings as examples. )
