I ship to the United States and Canada. and internationally I will use USPS First Class Parcel, or Flat rate for all my shipping which takes 3-5 business days for delivery in the United States. I normally ship items within 1-3 business days and I will send you a tracking number when I have shipped your order.
I prefer to ship to your paypal address. Contact me if you'd like to ship elsewhere. (Please note that no responsibility is taken for lost shipment. Be sure your information is correct and up to date.)

Returns & exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances. If a refund is given, the item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent. the item must be received by me within a 5 business day time period, the time starts once piece has arrived. If there is a problem please contact me within 3 days of receiving the order, and I will try to work out a solution for both of us. You as a customer is very important to me.
I must be contacted before shipping the item back to me. please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. all sales are final on wholesale orders, and discounted or sale items.
