I ship items out once a week, so allow up to 3-5 prior to shipping maximum. Although, typically i will have them shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. i ship via USPS, first class. (This includes tracking on all orders, and insurance upon request. However, all international orders include shipping & tracking automatically)
INTERNATIONAL - If you are outside of the US, please contact me for an accurate shipping quote & I will make a listing for you so you can purchase from me. All international orders (as stated above) will automatically include tracking and insurance. Since customs from country to country have differing policies, please allow up to 4 weeks (I know that sounds like forever) for your item to reach you. Please message me if you have any concerns. I am also not responsible for any additional charges that customs in your country might charge you. Since these vary from place to place, I cannot estimate what this might cost for you. Please contact your local post office to find out this information.
PAYMENT METHODS - This shop excepts pay pal purchases & all major credit cards/Etsy gift cards via direct checkout. No checks or money orders.
TRADE POLICY - If you are a shop owner who is interested in trading for payment, please message me with a link or title of the item you are interested in trading for, as well as a link to your shop's page. If a proper trade is established, select the "other" option for payment on the item you are purchasing. I do not make custom listings for items being traded for or use the $0.20 method.
CANCELLATIONS - I typically go to the post office once a week, depending on demand. Most of my listings say to allow up to 5 days for processing, but I usually will have them send out within 2. If you need to cancel an order, please try to request so within those 2 days & you will be refunded. If a cancellation needs to be made after shipment, please private message me & we will work out a plan. However, depending on how long after the cancellation has been requested, there are no guarantees of a full refund.
Returns & exchanges
I do allow refunds in special cases. If you are truly dissatisfied, please private message me & we will work it out from there. Depending on the circumstances of each case, I can't guarantee a full refund for all.
