Items from my shop will be shipped to you within 1 - 2 business days using whatever USPS mail service is least expensive and most reliable for both me and you, the buyer. Because the items sold in this shop vary greatly by size, the shipping costs are my best estimate, based on the rates of the US Postal Service. If there is a significant difference in the actual shipping rate and what I charge you, I will return the difference to you with your item(s). If you would like insurance or confirmation for your package, I will make those arrangements, but I will ask you to pay the fees involved.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
