I use international air mail - NZ POST From New Zealand
Shipping is usually around 8 - 10 working days to USA. 10 - 14 days to Europe.
Shipping to Australia is 5-8 working days. ( from July 2018 there will be GST tax for all parcels shipped into Australia - this extra cost is buyers responsibility , $0 threshold sadly )
CANADA - Sorry , I have removed Canada from my shipping list as there seems to be long delays more times than not. This is an issue with Canada Post. Shipping was taking up to 2 months sometimes. ( other times just a few days !?) If you are prepared to wait for your parcel please let me know and Ill add Canada back in for you.
### Shipping to Europe - For some reason shipping occasionally takes longer to get to Europe ... Other times its only 10 or less days - so please just be aware of some delays here - This is approximate, items may take longer than expected to be delivered.

In the unlikely event that your parcel does not reach you we will need to lodge a missing parcel notification with NZ Post. This process often takes a couple of weeks. Only after this has been completed can we refund or replace an item.

Returns are an option for damaged goods or if the item was not what you ordered. But not If you simply changed your mind . Please message me first to discuss if a return option is available, So ... If you find the goods to be damaged on arrival , please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage and we can discuss replacement or refund options.

Care for your Bright new Penny Tassels and clothing
Please be aware the fabric used in most garments are hand screen printed. Faults may occur in the print.
Please hand wash separately in cold or warm water.
Tassels may be washed if they get dirty or out of shape. Simply dampen the tassels ( not the beads ) with a wet tissue or very gently apply water to the ends of the tassel with your fingers - lay flat on a clean surface like a towel , straighten and allow to naturally dry.
