What’s a Squilt? This quilt started out to be a border for a black skirt. Unfortunately, I know nothing about clothing constructions so I couldn’t get the skirt - with this heavy pieced border - to hang correctly. In frustration, I cut the front and back borders off the skirt, sewed them together, and turned them into a quilt. Thus, I crossed a skirt with a quilt and got a squilt! (This is the quilting version of turning lemons into lemonade.)
Finished Size: 46 X 36
