This pattern is cut and complete, including instructions. All pieces are present. I carefully open, count, and check all of my patterns before listing. (If a pattern is in Factory Folds, I will not unfold it.)
Condition: Unused pattern, still in Factory Folds Envelope is in very good condition for a 79 year old Paper Envelope It is a SMALLER 4.5" x 7" format envelope
That being said, all patterns are sold AS IS. There are NO RETURNS on vintage sewing patterns. Sewing patterns are "EPHEMERA", which means that they were meant to be used, and then thrown away. EVEN THE BEST PATTERNS CAN HAVE "ISSUES". Tiny tears, big tears, stains, rips, foxing, obscured images.

My patterns are placed in an ARCHIVAL POLYPROPYLENE ACID FREE SLEEVE before mailing.
To cut down on stress to fragile envelopes, pattern pieces won’t always be put back in their envelopes, but in this case they WILL be sent in the same archival sleeve.
