I ship U.S.P.S. mail flat rate priority, priority or first class for domestic shipments (depending on your location and weight of the item). I will provide you with a delivery confirmation number upon shipment if you are within the USA. International customers, I also ship international flat rate priority, but will send you an email upon shipment.
International shipments will be sent either first class mail or flat rate priority, depending on weight and size. Neither one of these are insured. Nor are they trackable after they leave the United States. Priority mail is insured but not trackable.
Buyer is responsible for items once shipped domestically or internationally.
Paypal processes ALL major credit credits. You do not need a Paypal account, or to be a Paypal member. Easy instructions found when you follow the info and arrive at check out with Paypal.
I ship to the PAYPAL ADDRESS unless told otherwise. I print my labels directly from Paypal so there is no room for error in transcription.
A delivery confirmation number will go out to you automatically when I print your shipping label.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
There are NO RETURNS on paintings since they are originals. Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the item or if it was somehow mistakenly misrepresented in the listing. I require a 24 hour notification once item has been received if there is any problems with the sale. Item must be returned UNUSED from a NON-SMOKING environment.
