I do my best to ship quickly and on time, however, sometimes circumstances beyond my control happen such as machine breakdown, raw material delays, large numbers or sizes of customer orders, etc. While such delays rarely happen, I cannot give you free overnight shipping for such delays.

Personalized text: I will try to accommodate your needs where ever possible with customized text, fonts, and logos. If you have a specific logo or drawing that you would like to have engraved, please send it to me first for evaluation (no charge) before ordering. Unfortunately not all drawings and pictures translate well for laser engraving. Black and white logos work best and those with high contrast.
Artwork and designs created for custom orders remains the property of Mohawk Laser unless specifically negotiated in advance. I respect copyrights and trademarks. Any logos or artwork provided by the customer remain the customers property and will not be used for other orders without customers consent.
My standing shop policy is that I will not engrave any text containing profanity, vulgar comments, racist, or other text with seriously objectionable content. However, I love humorous lines, sarcasm, reasonably good natured harassment, identifying those a few bricks short of a full load, and celebrating those few ultimately destined to be living examples of "you can't fix stupid."
