Photos show the Sage colour envelope; the first image shows a sample RSVP return envelope with your address on the front and the second image shows a sample save the date or invitation envelope with your return address printed on the back flap of the envelope. Wedding invitation guest address printing can also be achieved by printing on both sides with the guest address on the front and your return address on the back flap.

QUANTITY: This listing is for a deposit for your envelope address printing. Please purchase quantity x 1 and I will get in contact with you within 24 hours of purchase to discuss the exact quantity you need and all of the details for your custom order! I will setup a custom listing for you for the total amount less the deposit paid.
PRICING: The deposit amount is $25 AUD (~$19 USD). Pricing for your full set of printed envelopes will depend on the colour selected, whether you would like the standard black ink printing or premium white ink printing, and whether you'd like printing on the front side only or both sides of the envelope.
If you're purchasing Save the Dates or Invitations from my shop, you will only need to add on the printing as envelopes are already included!

PROCESSING TIMES: I will have your first set of proof images ready within 24 hours of purchase of your custom listing / receipt of all details (names & addresses) for your envelopes. From there, you can approve for printing or request any changes at all. You will receive 2 complimentary changes after the initial proof is provided. Any additional changes required will incur an additional fee.
Once the final design is approved, I will send your envelopes to print and have them ready to be posted within 1-2 weeks.
Please note the file you provide must include all of the names and address details as you'd like them printed on the envelopes; this includes all titles, order of names, and spelling. Please be sure to triple check your file as I cannot be responsible for errors provided to me or that have been approved.

International orders are shipped using Standard Parcel which includes tracking and is estimated to arrive in 6+ business days, depending on location.

Items will be shipped via Priority mail or Parcel Post services unless the Express Post option is selected during checkout.
Estimated delivery time for Priority mail is 1-4 business days, tracking is not included. Estimated delivery time for parcels is 3-6 business days, with tracking.
AusPost guarantees next day delivery for Express Post services to capital cities and selected major towns. Where next day delivery is not guaranteed, items will be delivered as fast as possible. Please reach out to me if you have any inquiries as to whether your destination fits within the guaranteed next day network.

All orders shipped outside of Australia will be shipped using International Economy Air services; tracking not included. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I am so sorry if your item arrives to you damaged! Please contact me right away and provide photos of the damaged merchandise. I will be happy to work with you on a replacement and / or refund of your purchase.

It gets tricky determining whether an item is lost, stuck in customs, or taking an extra long time to get to you.
For orders within Australia, if your item does not arrive to you within 4 weeks, please reach out to me and I can arrange for a replacement and / or refund of your purchase.
For international orders, if your item does not arrive to you within 60 days, please reach out to me and I can arrange for a replacement and / or refund of your purchase.
| Late Items |
I understand that timing is critical when it comes to ordering items for your wedding or event. Please let me know when ordering if you are on a tight timeline or need your items by a specific date. I can often speed up the processing time for your order, or suggest an upgraded shipping option.
While I strive to make sure that you receive your items in time, there may be situations where an item gets stuck in customs too long, or takes even one extra day to get to you and it's too late.
If you are unable to use your item due to late delivery (outside of the times outlined in the shipping policy and/or as discussed), please reach out to me to discuss a return / refund.
| Change of Mind |
If you've changed your mind prior to your order being shipped: Please let me know right away if you'd like to change or cancel your order. For personalised or custom orders, your order can be cancelled prior to the start of production. Once your personalised or custom order has been designed / printed, the full amount of your order cannot be refunded.
If you've changed your mind after your order has been shipped: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return your unwanted items to me for a full or partial refund. Non-personalised items may be returned for a full refund of the original item price paid. Original shipping and return shipping cannot be refunded. Personalised and custom orders may be returned, and the partial refund will be evaluated on a per order basis.
