Rates vary depending on the item and place where it is going to be sent. We ONLY ship USPS First Class. Please allow at least 24 hours between your purchase and time of processing; we ship in one to three days after purchase has been made. If you place your order by the end of the week or during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. We DO NOT ship on Sundays. Expedited shipping is NOT available on any others. Please, consider that it make take up to seven business days for your items to arrive between our processing time and that of USPS. If you need an item faster than stated in this policy, please CONTACT US before placing your order. Domestic shipment always comes with tracking number, and if orders are $50.00 or more, we pay insurance in case of loss or damage.
We ship through United States Postal Service; therefore, tracking number and expedited shipping for international shipments IS NOT available for certain countries. Most European Countries, Australia, Canada and some Asian countries do have tracking service available, as well as as insurance. Otherwise, we send you a tracking number within the United States but once it leaves the country it becomes responsibility of your country's postal service. As a consequence, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage and there is NO refund once it has been sent. Please, consider that some countries may take more than others to process international parcels through their customs. Please allow for at least 30 days for your shipment to arrive to far locations from the US east coast such as Australia and Asia.
International shipping costs are an estimate. If there are shipping overages, we refund them as soon as the order is shipped. Shipping costs include USPS fares and packaging. We send our items in cello bags, in bubble mailer envelopes or boxes depending on the number of items.

Returns & exchanges
Returns are granted up to 7 days after the merchandise is received by the customer. However, the merchandise has to be in good conditions. The full price of the item will be returned as soon as the merchandise gets back to the seller. Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded. We ARE NOT responsible for any damages and losses of the item that we send in good conditions. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
