Item details

As both a knitter and photographer, I'm always on the lookout for beautiful, handmade photo props. I just love the looks of a romper for photos, but was always falling short of finding a cute, simple romper or romper pattern that would not only photograph well, but that would be very simple to put on Baby. So...I took matters into my own hands and the Naptime Dreams Romper was born!

This delightful and simple little romper not only looks great, but is also cute enough that you may just bring it back throughout all those warm summer months!

In addition to its simplicity, this romper knits up satisfyingly quickly—maybe in the duration of a nice long nap from baby?

Knit on larger needles with a smaller weight yarn, it isn’t a huge issue if your gauge isn’t spot on. The romper is meant to be nice and stretchy; as such the sizing is very flexible, and I’ve found this particular romper will fit both a newborn and a plump 6 month old.

Are you a newer knitter? I've got you! This is NOT a complicated pattern--I think you'll love the ease with which this knits together. And, if you're stuck? I'm always available to help you out!
